From the grill — a XingAI Cook series
Korean Barbecue — Straight Off The Grill
Every clip in this series is one I filmed myself, phone in hand, at a Korean BBQ table — no studio, no staging, just the grill in front of me and the sound it makes. One Short per bite: beef sizzling on the grill, a galbi piece lifted high with the glaze shining, grill cubes with the perfect char, a little pot of corn cheese bubbling at the edge. Chopsticks up, straight off the fire. New bites join this page as the series grows; the full series also lives in the Korean Barbecue playlist on our YouTube channel.

Korean BBQ Night 🥩🔥 That Perfect Glaze
Hear That Sizzle? 🥩🔥 Korean BBQ
Ingredients
- Beef for the tabletop grill
- Galbi (short ribs)
- Beef grill cubes
- Corn cheese, bubbling at the edge of the grill
- Chopsticks — and an appetite
How a bite goes
- The grill heats up right at the table, and the beef goes on.
- Listen for the sizzle — the sound is half the meal.
- Turn the pieces until the edges char and the glaze shines.
- Chopsticks up: lift the best piece toward the camera, still glistening.
- Eat it straight off the grill, the way Korean BBQ is meant to be eaten.
An honest note: these are restaurant meals filmed as they happened, one bite per Short. The clips state no marinades, amounts, or cooking times — so none are written here. This page simply gathers the series in one place.
